Atty. Ceasar G. Oracion was a former Dean of the Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Law, Baguio City. He was also the concurrent Head of the Department of Remedial Law and Legal Ethics, and a Professor of Law of the said school. He is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines College of Law, class of 1976. He became a member of the Philippine Bar in 1977. He was a former President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Baguio-Benguet Chapter, from 1999-2001 and the Chair of the IBP Legal Aid, Baguio-Benguet Chapter from 1997-1999. He was likewise a former Legal Counsel of Trans-Philippines Investment Co. in Makati City and a Trust Counsel of Far East Bank and Trust Co. in Manila. At present, he is the Vice Chairman and Director of the John Hay Management Corporation, a subsidiary of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority. He likewise holds various positions in several non-governmental organizations and educational institutions based in Baguio City and Benguet Province. He now has over forty-four (44) years of experience in trial practice.
